Edward O’Brien Receives NSPS 15-Year Service Award
At their Fall meeting, NSPS Executive Director Tim Burch addressed the Board of Directors, and Edward O’Brien, PLS, Rhode Island State Director, for receiving a 15-year service award from NSPS President Linda Foster.
Ed is a dedicated land surveying advocate and has tirelessly given his time, expertise, and love of surveying to help improve the profession in his everyday practice, service to RISPLS as Immediate Past President and Board Member, and NSPS Director for Rhode Island.

Plan Contest: Rules and entry form are provided. Plans must be from RI, dated between November 2024 and November 2025. Submission deadline is 10:00 AM on November 21, 2025, at the Registration Table.
